These polystyrene botlle and jar foam liner seals coated with torque-activated adhesive require no tools and no heat induction equipment. For proper application consider the following recommendations: Make sure your pressure sensitive liner size matches the bottle or jar opening. These 28 mm (1.10 inches) seals are to be used with any bottles or jars that use 28 mm caps Completely clean the jar top with clean cloth and alcohol to clear of liquid and/or solids. Center jar seal on top of you plastic or glass bottle or jar, and apply. The white side of the seal shall be facing down, the side with red letters shall be facing up. Screw metal or plastic cap on bottle. Make sure the liner and cap are tightly secured on the container. Once the cap is applied, it should not be removed for at least 24 hours to ensure proper adhesion. Although depending on your application, the adhesion process might take significantly less time.
