Payment by palpal only. This is a Nice Vintage Koeler Mining Light. A Torsion Balance Co Pharmacy Scale 120 Gram capacity model DWM2 The item is surplus from the military as shown by the contract number. The serial number is 198026 The only issues is stains, scuffs & scratches commensurate with age. The plastic lid of course more so than the scale.  And note that the right hand side screw is missing but it it glued solid. Shipped to arrive as shown. ebay in there infinite wisdom & disdain for sellers charges me (the seller) 10% of the shipping charges you pay. Some kind of fee??. So if I charge you $20.00 for shipping ebay keeps $2.00 even though the actual shipping may be 20.00 or more. Sounds like that would encourage the seller to charge the buyer more than the actual cost. Refer to Images for further details. I have included the maximum number of photos.  THE PICTURES ARE PART OF MY DESCRIPTION. THANK YOU! In September 1987 I retired from the U. S. Army and life has been good. Damn good.
