Copier was working just fine, until the EC20 error code came up. This means the transfer belt needs to be replaced. Anyone who knows how to do this, you are getting a gem of a printer. Everything else works great. The contrast on the display panel is not as bright when it was new. Therefore, I am listing is "as is" and "for parts only". Let me know if you have any questions.
