If you have a question, we will do everything we can to get it answered. This Toshiba Nemio XG ultrasound is in very good condition. It was manufactured in 2007. The software levels are V2.01ER000 and V4.0.0. Please be sure to look at all of the photos, as those photos convey really every piece of information about the machine. There are no visible scratches or dings. It works perfectly. Here's the downside: Usually we find some downside, but we don't see any with this item. Although we will accept PayPal, we would prefer not to. The fee would be outrageous and waiting three weeks for the money is, well, ludicrous. Most of the equipment we have is consigned, so we can only release the machine after full payment. We welcome - encourage, actually - inspection prior to payment. We can often do this over the internet with Skype or videos. We will accept Paypal; we just prefer not to. It is expensive and holds up the sales process. We are Lucid Equipment. Everything we do, we do transparently. Shipping: We will ship the machine anywhere in the world and any way you want. However, if you're shipping internationally, we would recommend building a crate for it.. This is not to charge extra; it is to ensure the proper delivery of a sensitive medical device. We happen to also own a crating company and, when it comes to shipping, we know what we're doing. We actually developed the crating company because we crate so many medical devices. If this is to be shipped internationally, the crate would cost an extra $930 - $650 for the crate and $280 for the mandatory international ISPM-15 certification. Domestically the charge would just be $650. These are separate charges than shipping charges and are the best insurance you can possibly buy.
