Toshiba TEC CE4 Printhead Print Head - MBG guarantee, Mimaki We have a CE4 printhead that was removed from a barely used UV Flatbed printer. It has printed less than 300 ft. of material. The printer was crushed by a rack falling onto it but much of the main parts were unscathed and were recovered. When the printer was in operation, all the nozzles were firing correctly. This printhead is in perfect condition and has been flushed out and has some anti-dry solution inserted into it. When you install this head into your printer, you will need to carefully flush out that solution in order to get a clean nozzle test. Make sure the printhead that you are replacing says CE4 exactly and that it has only 2 feeding nozzles at the top. Although these printheads although seemingly pricey here, they are almost $5000 each new and Mimaki will not sell them to individuals. So in actuality, you are getting a good deal. Do not trust those other places that are advertising NEW ones for under $2000. That is not real and all of them are located in Indonesia or similar locations (hotbed for fraud). The printhead must be returned via FedEx Saver / UPS 3 day or faster. It must be in the same exact condition as received in (meaning no scratches or dents on the nozzle plate - as shown in the above photos which were just taken as I am writing this). The head should be carefully flushed out. There will be 3 security stickers placed on the head and they must be completely intact and not removed for any reason.
