This cart is an authentic replica for those used in Hong Kong’s tea restaurants, accommodating multiple levels of individual dim sum steamers. These steamers keep prepared dim sum items at an appropriate serving temperature as you push the cart through the dining room. This cart is equipped with a hot water bath steam tank that is heated by canned heat or alcohol, depending on what you prefer. Provided are two receptacles for fuel containers along with a ball-type draining valve. Built with a stainless steel push rail, this cart is easy to move around the dining room with its included casters as you cater to your guests. Features Holds three to five steamers dependant upon configuration Hot waterbath steamtank heated by canned heat or alcohol 3/4" IPS ball type drain valve provided to drain steamtank when not in use Benefits Portable cart keeps cooked items at serving temperature for fast service Stainless steel access panels are removable for easy cart maintenance Holds two fuel containers to provide the correct amount of heat necessary
