Specialty hives have a unique place in the apiary.  Fun and whimsical, this hive will add to the delight of beekeeping. These are handmade in our shop, with the honeybee in mind.  A Cyprus bottom board gives the look of the bees walking into the barn.    The 10 frame deep is traditional size with the doors and windows cut into it.  The roof system with its 1 inch overhang allows water to flow around the hive.   Primed once and painted with 3 coats of exterior satin enamel.            Comes complete with: 1 deep, 1 medium super, 1 bottom board made of Cyprus, full galvanized roof system with overhang, fence .  This is essentially a typical standard Langstroth 10 frame deep, and 10 frame medium hive with barn doors and windows cut into it. All are standard size; thus you can add another deep or medium any time.  The pieces are not connected and installation is easy.    Frames,  foundation, and bees are sold separately. Shipping:   This is a large heavy item with lots of packing, thus I usually ship in 2 boxes.  Insurance and shipping are included in price.     If you would like more than 10, please let me know, as it takes a couple of days to large orders out.  WARRANTY:  If you are not 100% completely satisfied, please let me know.  I will refund 100%.  We do this for the bees, and the pure enjoyment of bee keeping.  Not interested in ill feelings or bad karma.  Just send it back if your not happy.
