It is your responsibility to get the equipment registered for the warranty to be active. The technician who installs the equipment can assist you in getting it registered for warranty. The factory warranty is through the manufacturer and there is no warranty through us for equipment replacement parts etc. Not every piece of equipment comes with a factory warranty please read all information carefully on each listing to see if it has it's factory warranty available or not.
