Trane/Nexia XR724 Programmable, WiFi Thermostat with Remote Sensor. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class. Thermostat was fully operational when removed from service and has few, if any, scratches or blemishes. It was replaced as part of a complete change of home automation system. It can be remote controlled/programmed via the free Nexia App. Nexia does not charge a fee to use the app if only using for thermostat. Please make sure you are comfortable with installing and programming this unit. Service manual is available online to review setup and operation, and to make sure it fits your application. It does require a C wire (common wire) for power. With the remote sensor installed in a different area of the home the thermostat can be programmed to use only the remote sensor for temperature, or to average the remote sensor and internal thermostat sensor for temperature. In my case the remote sensor was installed in bedroom and set to average. It greatly helped to even the temperature in all areas. Remote sensor is hardwired requiring 2 conductors.
