Trans Lumi Plastisol Day Glow Florescent OL Series Ink Phthalate Free, Transparent Fluorescent Ink For light color fabric outstanding and intense color brilliance Inter-mixable with other transparent application In Compliance with CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) 2008 Section 101 Lead Content in substrates (<300 ppm lead) and Section 108 Phthalates (<.1% DBP DEHP,DINP,DIDP) STOCK, END-USE Cotton, 50/50 cotton/polyester blends, and some synthetics. DESCRIPTION Trans Lumi Plastisol Day Glow Florescent PF-OL Series Ink is popularized with the attractiveness of fluorescent brilliant colors. Trans Lumi Plastisol Day Glow Florescent PF-OL Series Ink are mostly printed on light color or white or white underlay. Note: Pre-test on actual substrate before any full production run for adhesion, wash fastness and other desired effect. FINISH: Stain, Dye Effect. COLORS: Available High Opaque and Fluorescent colors. SCREEN FABRIC: Mesh counts up to 350 (140T European Mesh) STENCIL: Dual sensitized direct method photo emulsion or SBQ pre-sensitized photo polymer or Equivalent or Indirect films. CURE/DRYING: Heat-cure at approximately 320°F (160°C) for 2 to 3 minutes. Will not air-dry. (infrared heat recommended for use) MODIFICATIONS: To extend colors, add PF-GP081 Clear Base To print fine details, add PF-PC850 Halftone base. To reduce ink viscosity with RE-703 or RE-704, add 5-7% or less(by weight of ink. SQUEEGEE: When printing textiles, use a medium/ hard (75-85 durometer) squeegee. STORAGE: Trans Lumi Plastisol Day Glow Florescent PF-OL Series Ink responds to heat. Always store at cool room temperatures below 90°F (32°C). Avoid exposing inks to elevated temperatures before printings. PACKAGING: 1- quart (0.945 Liter), 1-gallon (3.78 Liters), 5-gallon (18.9 Liters) containers. *Drums available in 30-gallon (113.4 Liters) and 55-gallon (207.9 Liters).
