It was in a GSA military lab and just sat in storage for the vast majority of its life. This is in very clean shape with no leaks or issues. This comes with a 30 day right of return. Can You Ship on My Account/Local Pickup Yes, we can ship on a customer's UPS and FedEx account. Local pickups are also accepted weekdays from 10-5 PM and by appointment. We have a loading dock and get very competitve rates with all the common freight couriers.
