Up to 3'000 pieces/hour, depending on operator and production flow efficiency. The machine can take a full baking sheet. It is very versatile, this cookie machine is also used to form butter, cheese, veggies, falaffel, scones, and pet treats. The company that bought it did not use it for about 8 months later; then used it for about one year.They had a lot of financial problems and finally went into receivership. The machine could be sold as a new one as it appears ‘as new’. It performs flawlessly. Later in 2002 Potager Farms (RedBarnTreats) bough it and used it once a week for 4 hrs from 2003 to 2008 then about once a month from 2008 to 2011. The machine had way too much output to use it daily. Since then the machine was stored and is ready for more action.
