Our lease is ending and we are closing a laundry-only plant/substation on October 31. This is a Trevil "Self-Contained" spotting board. (Please see my other listings. We are also selling a touch up board, two Ajax laundry presses, and 15 HP Fulton boiler system.). The spotting board was originally purchased in 2004 and installed in a 2000 sq. ft. laundry-only substation designed to give the customers the impression of a full plant. Initially it worked, but sales tapered off and the laundry plant was operated 2-3 days per week. In 2011, the substation suffered a decline in sales due to major road construction and the sales have never really come back. Since that time, the plant has only been operated occasionally as a back-up to our main plant. In short, the spotting board is in good shape and has a lot of life left. The boiler is located in Conroe, TX (north of Houston) and must be picked up prior to October 31. If shipping is needed, we will help to palletize the press. Shipping arrangements are for buyer's account. The spotting board is sold as-is, where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. The auction is a no reserve auction.
