TRIMBLE 5800 450-470MHz GPS RECEIVER WITH ACCESSORIES - 45145-46 - DEFECTIVE Description Trimble 5800 450-470 MHz GPS receiver with antenna, Trimble TSC1 controller with connection cable, serial cable, clamps, strap, case, after market charger and two after-market batteries (Both batteries are installed). P/N - 45145-46 Installed options: CMR Inputs, CMR Outputs, RTCM Inputs, RTCM Outputs, Data Collector, Binary Outputs, 10 Hz measurements, Data Logging & Bluetooth Condition The receiver is in fair condition, it powers on and it will connect to satellites but it does not have the latest firmware which remedies issues with the GPS time. We were not able to upgrade the firmware on the unit due to an error that stated " Device failure![824] The software for the 5800 on COM1 cannot be upgraded to the firmware and hardware mismatch." We are not sure what is causing the error. The TSC1 controller has some lines on the screen, scratches here and there around it and writing on the carrying bag as seen in the pictures. Sold AS IS, for parts or repair, no warranty, no returns!
