    MBM Triumph 3915-95 Paper Cutter with Metal Stand   This auction is for an MBM Triumph 3915-95 Paper Cutter with Metal Stand. This unit is For Parts Or Repair. When turned on, and you press both blade buttons, it makes a click sound, but that is all it does. One time, the blade went halfway down then retracted. I have very limited use for this unit, and no time to tinker with it, so I am offering it at a very low price in the hope that someone else can make use of it. The only thing that appears to be missing from it is the hand grip from the paper size crank. Both the Front and Rear Clear Plastic Covers are present, and the paper clamp seems to be working fine. The Blade is there, but I don't know how sharp it is. The Metal Stand is in Very Good Condition, and does what it is supposed to do.   If you have any questions, please ask!   NO SHIPPING!!
