The Trodat 5117 Professional 4.0 Phrase and Date Stamp comes with 12 popular business phrases, covering just about every office application in today's world. Phrases include: ANSWERED, Backordered, CANCELLED, BILLED, RECEIVED, EMAILED, CHECKED, DELIVERED, ENTERED, PAID, SHIPPED, and FAXED. Changing the phrases and dates is easy, with simple to turn wheels that rotate the band to the position desired. There is a convenient band cover that keeps the ink off your hands, and on the stamp. In addition to the phrases, the 5117 features at least 10 years of dates (and up to 12). The date has the height of 5/32" (4 mm) and the format: month (in letters) day and at least 10 consecutive years in figures. The 5117 creates an imprint, which is 5/32" X 1-7/8". Suitable ink pads for the 5117 is 6/56. pads are available in black, blue, green, red and violet. From the Manufacturer Professional date stamp is designed to keep pace with an active office.
