Heavily built. · Steel Wire Woven Screen clothe material (3/8” openings, 3/16” wire) · Center Shaft Construction with heavy pillow-block bearings · Frame Mounted 6”x6”WF steel beam constructed (6’-10” wide, 10’-4” Long, 2’ tall Pipe columns). · Chain Drive (120) approximately 4:1 speed reduction (Screen rotation estimated approx. 12 RPM). · Westinghouse electric drive: 5 HP, 45 RPM Gear reducer and motor. 208/230/460 Volt, 3 Phase. · Weight: 4018 lbs. Tested for operation and lubricated February 2014. Was used at a sawmill to separate sawdust fines for particle board. Use for: Fines separation, Sawdust/ wood chips, Soil screening, Sand, Rock, Debris separation, yard waste, bark, gold, aggregate, demolition debris, hog fuel, sawmill.
