True Refrigeration GDM-49RL Description The True GDM-49RL two-section glass door merchandiser is ideal for customer-facing applications, as the pass through design means the front-of-house and back-of-house can access the unit. All four doors have glass, and LED lights shine on the product to enhance visibility. Product sits on eight adjustable, PVC-coated shelves, and the white aluminum interior creates a bright look. A stainless steel floor simplifies cleaning. Its black laminate vinyl exterior streamlines cleaning while hiding scratches and stains. The frame rail has been black powder-coated to resist damage and has leg levers to balance the unit. It has a self-contained capillary tube system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to ensure temperatures stay between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Air is circulated evenly with the condenser and evaporator fan motors, and the True GDM-49RL two-section glass door merchandiser has an epoxy-coated evaporator. This unit includes a reverse condensing fan motor that blows dust and debris off the condensing coil. A self-cleaning feature, it operates automatically upon compressor start up. Although this feature ensures the coil remains clean, employees should still perform maintenance regularly.
