One (1) evaporator fan removed from a TRUE 2 Door Hydrocarbon (R-290 Propane) Refrigerator. PN# 943820 Removed from Model# GDM-49-HC-TSL01 The manufacturer ship date of the unit I removed this evaporator fan from is MARCH 16, 2016. I removed this evaporator fan on APRIL 26, 2016. I received a work order on this unit from the manufacturer. The problem was the power cord was cut during assembly. They sent a new fan and cord and instructed to replace both. I patched the power cord to make the unit operational until the new fan and cord arrived, then installed the new fan and power cord after I received them. This fan has well less than 30 days of operation on it. It works fine and is basically new. I will send the repaired cord also, but due to the splice, it has lost its explosion proof rating and is not to be used on any Hydrocarbon (R-290 PROPANE) units. Cord only, the evaporator fan is good for Hydrocarbon units.
