Details Keep everything you need to make signature pizzas close at hand with this True TPP-93 3 door refrigerated pizza prep table! This True pizza prep table features a 19 1/2" deep full length polyethylene cutting board, giving you plenty of space to slice toppings and hold even large pies while you assemble them. To keep ingredients handy, its refrigerated pan rail comes with (12) 1/3 size, 6" deep food pans, while foam insulated lids keep pans cold and lock in freshness when not in use. (6) adjustable heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves offer additional storage options on the prep refrigerator's interior. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details on this pizza prep station. - Exterior: stainless steel front, top, and cabinet ends; aluminum finished back - Interior: white aluminum liner; stainless steel floor with coved corners for easy cleaning - (3) swing doors - Oversized, factory balanced refrigeration system provides uniform temperature control and years of reliable service - 1/2 hp compressor, R-134A refrigerant and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation maintain 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit - 5" casters - UL, CE, and NSF Listed; 115V, comes with 7' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
