This prep refrigerator features a 19 1/2" deep full-length polyethylene cutting board, giving you plenty of space to slice toppings and hold even large pies while you assemble them. To keep ingredients handy, its refrigerated pan rail comes with (9) 1/3 size, 6" deep food pans, while foam-insulated lids keep pans cold and lock in freshness when not in use.  - Exterior: stainless steel front, top, and cabinet ends; aluminum finished back - Interior: silver aluminum liner; stainless steel floor with coved corners for easy cleaning - 2 swing doors - Oversized, factory balanced refrigeration system provides uniform temperature control and years of reliable service - 1/3 hp compressor, R-134a refrigerant maintain a 33-41 degree Fahrenheit temperature range - Foamed-in-place Ecomate cabinet insulation has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) - 5" casters keep your equipment well off the floor for easy cleaning and added sanitation Overall Dimensions: Width: 67 3/4" Depth: 36 1/4" Height: 42" Capacity: 20.6 cu. ft.
