Hand Crafted Wooden Screen Printing Frame 8.5 X 11 incheswith 155 mesh ideal for printing on fabric, wood and textile. This is a hand crafted screen printing frame. The usable are of the screen is the size of standard 8.5 X 11 printer transparencies. Although it is hand crafted and not perfect it works great. Plus, it is more affordable than the professional aluminum frames. Ideal for DIY screen printers. I use them myself for the t-shirts I sell here on eBay, Etsy and on my website (To see it for yourself send me a message for the website address. How to save money $$$: See my 'Fixed Price' listing to save money on shipping.The shipping cost for 1 frame is $8 but $4 for each additional frame.Buy multiple frames and save $4 for each extra frame you purchase. What is the frame made of? Solid wood Marine Varnish (2 coats) High quality 155 count polyester screen printing mesh Wood glue. 1 1/2 inch steel screws. Steel staples. How is the frame made? 1st step: All the pieces are cut to size. 2nd step: The pieces are screwed and glued together at the butt joint. 3rd step: After glue has dried the wood is machine sanded. 4th step: 2 coats of marine varnish is brushed on the frame to protect the wood from getting dirty from use. 5th step: The 155 mesh is stretched by hand and stapled to the frame. What size is the screen printing frame? The dimensions of the usable area is 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches. How are the frames shipped? Each shipment is well packed and shipped through the United States Post Office using either First Class Package or Priority Mail complete with tracking number. What about refunds? I do give full refunds and I will pay for return shipments. However, these frames are hand crafted and you be able to find imperfections. If you are a perfectionist then spend the extra money and buy the aluminum screen printing frames. I stand by my frames because I use them myself on the t-shirts I sell through my website.
