Hand Crafted Wooden Screen Printing Frame 11 X 14 inches This is a hand crafted screen printing frame. Although it is hand crafted and not perfect it works great. Plus, it is more affordable than the professional aluminum frames. Ideal for DIY screen printers. I use them myself for the t-shirts I sell here on eBay, Etsy and on my website (To see it for yourself send me a message for the website address. It is against eBay policy to put web addresses in descriptions). What is the frame made of? The wood used is knot-free pine Marine Varnish (2 coats) 110 count polyester screen printing mesh Wood glue. 2 1/2 inch steel screws. Steel staples. How is the frame made? 1st step: All the pieces are cut to size. 2nd step: The pieces are screwed and glued together at the butt joint. 3rd step: After glue has dried the wood is machine sanded. 4th step: 2 coats of marine varnish is brushed on the edges and faces of the frame to protect the wood from getting dirty from use. 5th step: The 110 mesh is stretched by hand and stapled to the frame. What size is the screen printing frame? The dimensions are 11 inches by 14 inches measured on the outside. Check out my 9x13 Screen Frames & 14x16 Screen Frames How are the frames shipped? Each shipment is well packed and shipped through the United States Post Office using either First Class Package or Priority Mail complete with tracking number. What about refunds? I do give full refunds and I will pay for return shipments. However, these frames are hand crafted and you be able to find imperfections. If you are a perfectionist then spend the extra money and buy the aluminum screen printing frames. I stand by my frames because I use them myself on the t-shirts I sell through my website.
