  Sold as is. Has minor scratches I am not a tek and have no knowledge of this instrument's use however I have inspected it to the best of my ability My evaluation is , it is an extremely delicate device In order for it to function, it must be flawlessly maintained and adjusted. I dissembled one (only) of the aiming attachments. It is a complex system of three lenses. (see picture) I was able to get access to the lens surfaces for cleaning. I noticed condensation inside but no damage to components. inside the barrel is a linear bearing. The threads are incredibly fine and undamaged. All the knobs and levers move easly. I could not open the box for inspection, Possibly, it is sealed with adhesive. It most likely has mirrors inside. I am selling as "salvageable" but, in my opinion, it will need professional service.
