I have tested it to the best of my ability! This item is in GOOD physical / cosmetic condition, I would rate it 8 out of 10! The unit has been power tested and gives a reading on all the panels. One of the cases has a lot of scratches on it, and a few dents on the back. The other has some scuffs on the face. (See Pictures) Please view pictures carefully.
