We are offering for sale one each used Bruce semiconductor processing diffusion furnace, Triple tube. Furnace bores look to be 8 inch by 72 inches long. Quartz liner tubes measure 5 inch ID. Computer controls, electronics and down draft load/unload hood not included. Gas handling cabinet is included but is partially stripped. Furnace was believed to be working prior to being de-installed in june of 2015. Nameplate maximum temperature is 1300 degree C. Being sold as-is due to completeness, ebay listing policies and lack of thorough testing. Overall sizes: furnace cabinet 88" long x 30" x 88" hi; Gas cabinet 43"x 30" x 88" hi. Came from a closed facility that our company purchased. Local pick-up during standard business hours or freight shipment. Please look at our other listings for more similar equipment.
