In-store Pickup You can make a purchase on E-bay or at our Website and pick-up your goods in our showroom, we will refund you the shipping! We are open for customers Mon-Fri: 8.00 am - 6.00 pm, and 9.00 am - 1.00 pm on Saturday. Please give us a call before coming in, to be sure your order is ready for pick-up. Delivery & Shipping We ship within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping charges are calculated based on the service selected, weight of the order and the destination of the shipment. Bulky and heavy items are shipped using a Freight carrier and some items may qualify for free freight shipping. An additional charge of $100 may apply to large items that are crated and prepared for shipment by us. Also, there may be additional shipping charges for residential type, lift gate and inside delivery. Returns & Damaged Items If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund. To receive a full refund, returned items must be in the original condition and original packaging. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us promptly for an immediate help in resolving the issue. Acceptance of the shipment by the transportation company is acknowledgement that the articles delivered (or picked up) by them were in good condition and properly packed.
