It has been fully cleaned serviced and tested and functions perfectly without any issues whatsoever. It was acquired from a local school system where it was rarely used and well maintained. As with all used equipment there may be some minor cosmetic imperfections such as surface scratches and minor blemishes. If any exist, they are minor in nature and in no way affect the performance. It has a maximum temperature of 550 degrees and time setting of 30 seconds to 15 minutes. This TurboChef conveyor oven is vent-less, meaning it can be set up outside the hood or ventilation system. It gives the food service operator the ability to locate a production system almost anywhere that make sense, and without the worry of the direction (right or left) of the belt, for it can be changed through it's software. It also gives one the ability to configure air impingement on the top and bottom with variable speed.
