TurboChef HHC2020 VNTLS-SP 20" Ventless Rapid Cook Conveyor Oven w/ 50/50 Split Belt USED.  Local Pick Only. This HhC 2020™ conveyor oven from TurboChef is capable of cooking sixty 12 inch pizzas in one hour, offering throughput exceeding 28 inch conveyors in a compact 20 inch design. Because of its patented technology, electric operation, and compact footprint, the HhC 2020 is the first of its kind to be UL-certified for ventless operation. The split belt feature on this conveyor belt allows you to set one temperature, with two different cooking speeds. This allows you to multi-task the conveyor belt for two different food products, like pizza and chicken wings. Featuring an unprecedented High-h air impingement and available catalyst technology, this conveyor oven heats food faster than any other conveyor on the market. The easy-to-use control system offers eight cooking profiles that precisely control temperature, belt speed, and independent top and bottom airflow. It uses high heat transfer rates for accelerated cooking in a small enough footprint to fit virtually any application, without requiring the energy consumption of larger ovens. The internal catalytic filtration limits smoke, grease, and odor emissions.
