Excess from a local bank auction of shuttered restaurants.   Brand: TurboChef Model: High h Batch convection oven Model #: HHB Serial #:  HHB+-D51020 Volt: 208-240V  (Power plug shown in photo #9) Amp: 24 Max input: 5.7kw Manu date: 5/08 Testing:  We are liquidators, not actual users of the equipment so the testing is limited.  I plugged it in and it shows "Oven Off, AC Volts 208" as seen in photo #1.  Then I held down On/Off button and it powered on.  It displays "Please Wait,  Warming Up, Set Temp 450F,  74F".  It then starts to rapidly heat up and the 74F continuously went up to 119F as seen in 2nd photo in probably 30 seconds.  I then turned it off after seeing it heat up and the temp reading showing it doing such.  I opened the door and felt the heat coming out.  I didn't go all the way to 450F but no reason to think it wouldn't go there just fine.  Didn't push the numbers on the sides of display as unfamiliar with it's programming.  If you want to give simple instructions for a test, I would be happy to do so and give it's results.  Cosmetically it has typical aging.  Door and legs seem to be in solid construction.
