Technician Testing Notes Visually inspected, Cleaned and flushed the Reservoir Tank and installed a new Air Jet Valve and Reservoir Cap. Cleaned the Sterilizing Chamber and installed a new Door Gasket and Door Bellows assembly. Cleaned the Sterilizing Trays and Rack. Also installed into this unit were a new Door Switch, Power Switch and Multi-Purpose Valve. Leveled the unit for proper filling, connected to a 120 volt power source, added distilled water and proceeded to test. Ran unit thru cycles at 250 F for 30 minutes and 270 F for 15 minutes several times. Temperature tested the unit to verify unit is achieving maximum sterilizing temperature using a Max Register Thermometer, and found unit to maintain 273 F for an entire cycle.
