Technician Testing Notes Visually inspected, Cleaned and flushed the Reservoir Tank and installed a new Air Jet Valve and Water Pump Fillter. Cleaned the Sterilizing Chamber and installed a new Door Gasket and Door Bellows Assembly. Cleaned the Sterilizing Trays and Rack. Installed a new HEPA Air Drying Filter into the unit. Levelled the unit for proper filling, connected it to a 120 volt power source, added distilled water and proceeded to test. Ran the unit thru all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles multiple times. Temperature tested unit to verify it is achieving Maximum Sterilizing temperature using a Max Register Thermometer, and found unit to maintain 273 F for an entire cycle. Unit is fully functional and in excellent condition.
