Technician Testing Notes Visually inspected, cleaned and flushed the Reservoir Tank and installed a new Air Jet Valve, Safety Valve and Water Pump Filter. Installed a new Water Pump. Cleaned the Sterilizing Chamber and installed a new Door Gasket and Door Bellows Assembly. Cleaned the Sterilizing Trays and Rack. Connected to a 120 volt power source and calibrated the Pressure and Temperature Sensors. Added distilled water and proceeded to test the unit. Ran the unit thru all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles several times. Temperature tested unit to verify it is achieving maximum sterilizing temperature using a Max Register Thermometer and found unit to maintain 273 F for an entire cycle. Unit is fully functional and in good condition.
