I've gone through this entire unit and is fully tested and functional.  The other unit is being sold as a parts unit. Batteries are brand new and will come with the unit unless specified, which I will take an additional $200 off if not needed.  We have two unit available which the other one is being sold as a parts unit. Call my direct number if you have any questions. Windsor® Chariot™ CVX28 iVacuum Vacuum - 28" Wide cleaning path provides maximum cleaning coverage in a minimal amount of time. The filtration bags contain dust inside the machine, creating a healthier environment for the operator and the people in the facility. The deluxe model includes 13" edge cleaning brush.
