Two Ibag HF240.1AI12CFHKMPVW Spindles 147.5 HP (110 kW) S6 peak power 41.6 HP (31 kW) S1 continuous spindle power Spindle speed 12000 RPM, infinitely variable with cooland thru the spindle. Liquid cooled 9.49 inch (240 mm) diameter spindle housing. Extensive cooling capacity maintains thermal stability of motor stator and bearings to insure hight accuracy and long reliable spindle life. Built in thermal motor protection sensor. Monitors stator and prevents damage due to excessive heating. Includes temperature sensor on front bearing. Four precision hybrid ceramic angular contact ball bearings with grease packed lubrication. Flange according to standard spindle drawing. HSK 100A with shoulder and taper contact tooling system. High Strength tool retention system for HSK 100A Tooling with N 45,000 (9,900 lbs.) of tool holding force. Built in DC proximity sensors monitor drawbar position for Tool-In, Tool-Out, and No-Tool Conditions Vector encoder for vector control and positioning. One price for both spindles.
