A pair of discharge blades are welded inside the discharge cone of the mixing drum to change the rotation direction of the mixing drum, that is, the concrete is pushed from the bottom blade to the discharge blade and discharged out of the drum. The mixing drum is supported by four supporting rotors, and the motor drives the gear ring through the reducer to rotate the mixing drum, so it still works reliably in foggy and rainy weather. In the transmission system, the reducer is a two-stage helix gear reducer, the transmission ratio is 6.04248, the speed ratio of V-belt pulley is 2.3912, the speed ratio of mixing drum ring gear is 7.1111, and the total transmission ratio is 102.7467. The forward and reverse rotation of the shaking cylinder is realized by the motor commutation. Product introduction: 1. The amount of water required for mixing is realized by directly controlling the running time of the pump motor through the time relay in the electric box. The user can select the required time according to the given time flow diagram, and check or modify the diagram regularly. When supplying water, press a button on the left to start the water pump. When the time is up, the water supply circuit will be cut off automatically.
