Here we have two Simpson Volt Ohm Meters (VOM). The carry strap seems to be missing on one, but is present on the other. No way to test, but the meter movements seems to float freely. This is a Model 260. One has the mirror backplate, but the glass is missing. This one's case is in horrible shape. It is held together with metal straps and ductape. The interior actually looks good with a loose wire on the battery connection visible. May be other issues. The second unit without the mirror meter face is in better condition physically, but the case is broken on the side. These may be repairable, but consider them as parts items. A few years back about retirement time, I bought up a bunch of these off Ebay to repair and tinker around with to keep busy. Well, I never got to them and now I see I likely never will. So, I'm clearing them out. I have another half dozen analog units and another half dozen digital I will be putting up for auction. As I received these, I pulled the batteries to prevent corrosion damage and stored them in a climate controlled garage. At least they are no worse than when I got them. After I sell these, I'll also be auctioning off a large box of many NOS parts - cases, meter movements, etc. so stay tuned! Ask questions. No returns. Shipping is for a Large Flat Rate box.
