DETAILED DESCRIPTION: Here is a large lot of wood letterpress type. Included are the following: 147 pieces of 10 line type (approximately 1.68 inch tall blocks) - Uppercase letters, two different width numbers, and punctuation. This is the type on the right-hand side of the first picture. It is a wide serif font - possibly Bookman or Bookman Headline. 97 pieces of 5 line type(approximately 0.85 inch tall blocks) - Uppercase letters and punctuation. This is the type on the left-hand side of the first picture. It is also a wide serif font - possibly Clarendon. 6 (maybe 7) stray pieces which wandered into the drawer with these (bottom-left first picture) 25 or so assorted spaces of different widths. NOTE: I have put labels (of the name I think the font is) next to the type shown in the pictures so you know what the close-ups are of. All pieces are in very good condition, some appear to have only been inked a few times. Please note on the larger font set one "A" and one "P" have been 'notched', the "A" in the upper right corner, and the "P" n the lower left corner. It's clearly visible in the pictures. Blocks will be packed tightly into a Priority Mail Flat Rate Box (with corrugated board cushioning around the entire mass) in a reasonable order, in rows, in layers separated by corrugated board, so they won't arrive as a scrambled mess.
