These MFCs combine proven components and techniques with innovative concepts in both mechanical and electrical design. Tylan FC260 and FM360 mass flow controllers and flowmeters accurately and reliably measure and control flow rates of gases up to 200 standard liters per minute without the need for pressure or temperature corrections. Consequently, the Tylan FC260 flow controllers may be mounted in any position without requiring zero adjustment Superior Bypass Design: The bypass precisely splits the gas flow, directing a controlled portion of gas through the sensor. It is carefully designed and manufactured to operate under laminar flow conditions, thereby assuring accuracy over the entire range of the mass flow controller. Since the bypass assembly is the major range determining factor, it is designed to be easily removed for range changes Solid State Valve Assembly: Each flow controller has a unique, patented, normally-open control valve.
