I thought it would be nice to improve my writing and become a better focused writer as this machine is designed to do just that. Well, I gave up on that because I finally came to the conclusion that isn't going to happen because in the 4 mos I've had the Freewrite, I only typed ONE sentence, and that was just to see how the Freewrite worked! Once I saw how easy it was to operate and that it worked just fine, I put it away. Until today, which is when I took it out to take the pictures posted here. I'm just facing the facts; a writer has to write and I just don't do much of that anymore. I seem to enjoy painting, more. That said, I decided to let go of this machine, fine as it is... and it  really IS an awesome machine, too. I liked the things that it does, (read all about it online),  it automatically saves all your work when you shut it down. Plus there is a website that holds all your writings for you free of charge and if memory serves, I think it even has its own forum. I also like that when you are keying, it feels like you are typing on a real typewriter,  not as clunky nor as noisy.  You will be impressed!!  Also comes with a USB for charging and a carrying case which I purchased separately.  Any questions, please ask.
