There is no reason to start with a full-blown concrete blender setup when you can start with an affordable system by U-CART of America. With our "STARTER SYSTEM" you can break into the trailer haul ready mix industry for much less than with a concrete blender setup. This system is completely portable and easy to maintain and use. There is no silo to permit, and all of the mixing is done in the trailer. This makes the permit process easier. Use this system as an interim while you learn the trailer haul industry, while your customers learn that you supply trailer haul ready mix, and to make money to justify the purchase of a full size concrete operation. Why use this system? Cost: system can cost 1/6th of what a concrete blender will cost Mobility: This system is 100% portable powered by 11 HP Honda engines. Quality: The U-CART MT-1mixing trailers are the best in the industry, and the favorite among customers of the trailer haul ready mix industry. How does it work? The loading system is generally hooked up to a water supply via garden hose. Sacks of cement are broken over the bag breaker on top of the hopper. We have built in slide-away steps for easy reach. A front-end loader then loads enough material for a yard of concrete. The operator makes sure the mixing trailer is in position to receive the material, starts the Honda Engine, and turns on the water valve and the conveyor discharge valve. When the proper amount of water is metered into the mixing trailer, the water valve shuts off. The 1-yard loading system can be made portable with a gasoline engine, or stationary with an electric motor depending on your preference.
