Two independent 1/2 HP compressors that work independently of one another give you balanced freezing, quick recovery, and the option to run only one hopper at a time during off-peak times. A 24 hour programmable defrost timer allows you to plan defrost cycles so that you can decrease downtime and maximize sales. This versatile slush dispenser has an adjustable slush mode so that you can set a drink's consistency to receive a final product that is exactly as you want it. It also features a cool beverage mode which allows you to sell refreshing cold beverages such as fruit punch, lemonade, and more. The Cecilware FrigoGranita GIANT2BL 4 gallon twin slush machine is UL and NSF Listed and requires a 120V electrical connection.
