For sale is a new UHV vacuum chamber 3.062" ID by 5.75" deep.  Chamber has 1 ea 4.625" OD CF top port.  The 4.625" OD top flange has tapped holes.  The chamber is warranted leak-tight. This UHV vacuum chamber is made of 304 stainless steel and has a closed welded bottom.  Chamber is sold as shown with no other flanges included.  Chamber can be sealed using any standard 4.625" CF through hole blank flange with a standard 4.625" CF gasket and 5/16"-24 bolts. Chamber wall finish is the same as the original pipe mat finish.  Tubing and flange may have minor handling scuffs. 1)  We ship only within the continental United States. 2)  Small items ship within 2 to 3 days of receipt of payment.  Large items requiring motor freight may take 5 to 7 days to ship.  We do not ship to freight forwarders.  We do not authorize custom routed transactions. 3)  We ship Fedex or USPS. 4)  All equipment is sold AS-IS.  The equipment we have for sale is excess to our needs.  Most items were purchased at inventory reduction, government surplus, or semi-conductor equipment sales.  We do not know the history of any used or pre-owned items.   5)  Please read the item description completely before purchasing.  We make every attempt to describe the current condition of each item we sell.  What is shown in the photos is what you will receive. 6) All returns must include all originally shipped undamaged items in resalable condition.  This includes all original packaging, labels, instructions, and subparts.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Return shipping must include tracking information.  Ebay item number must be included with each return.
