The door comes with a complete assembly including a counterbalance shaft, brackets, hood, and solid steel side frame rails. The setup is designed to install the countershaft/hood in the attic for maximum space-saving. This is a heavy-duty door that meets NFPA's highest fire rating standard of "A" for 3 hours.
