For Your Consideration:  A 4" Uline Impulse Sealer The model # for this item is H-458.  Place bag under the sealing arm and press the arm down gently but firmly. When the red light goes out sealing time is complete. Adjustable dial for different sealing times and bag thickness. The only testing done on this item is being plugged in. When the arm was pushed down the light on the side by the dial lite up and then turned off. It produced heat.  There is some surface stains on the device and a black line where the sealing arm comes down onto the device. The specifics written on the side of the device says: 120V 60HZ 160W (Impulse). Bags or other items are not included in this listing.
