What were selling here is a very good condition, nowadays very hard to find, American made DOTCO brand, exceptionally high quality aircraft assembly industry and very close tolerance drill bar drill motor that's world renown for being the most durable, dependable and reliable air tools available. DOTCO made if for the "Boeing Manufacturing Research and Development Airplane Development Group" and it's the standard drill motor for the serious, professional aviation and aerospace assembly industry that requires consistent, precision diameter and located hole positions with close tolerances of plus or minus 1 or 2 thousands of an inch.This fine tool doesn't possess a common, old fashioned lose tolerance drill chuck to capture the drill bits, it uses a precision collet method to secure the drill bits, this particular motor is set up for .188 diameter drills. It's designed with a spring loaded shaft for you to attach your different custom designed drill bars, for ether drilling an aircraft construction longeron, or stringer or stiffener, it's the absolute perfect motor for drilling and aligning multiple layers of  material to which the skin of an aircraft is fastened preciously. It's RPM's are determined by the amount of pressure on the pull trigger.
