The Unico ColpoMaster itself is a highly useful device, used to provide a magnified, illuminated view of the cervix in order to detect cancer and other maladies. The colposcope is more reliable than a pap smear, and the Unico ColpoMaster 1 Swing Arm Colposcope is comfortable and relatively simple to use. These Unico microscopes come equipped with a continuous zoom trinocular head, capable of magnifying subjects up to 27x and all the way down to 3.9x. The trinocular's eyepieces each feature independent diopter adjustment to account for the small differences between eyes, and the wide field of view of the Unico Colpo Master 1 Three-Leg Colposcope allows you to conduct a detailed survey of the cervix. All this magnification wouldn't be much use without a reliable lighting solution, which is why the Unico Colpo Master I Suspension Arm Colpo-Scope with Camera features an advanced fiber optic lighting system that can penetrate wherever your colposcope can look. These Unico lab instruments use a bright, 150 watt quartz halogen lamp to power its fiber optics, and you can always adjust the brightness with a variable intensity rheostat dial. What's more, the lamp also includes a built-in green filter. The Unico ColpoMaster 1 Trinocular Colpo Scope is just about as portable as a microscope of its size can be, with a stable three-leg wheeled base and a steady, easily-positioned suspension arm. EZ-Roll locking casters on the wheels make the colposcope's rolling movement almost smooth enough to take the Colpo Master 1 on the road (though we wouldn't recommend it), or at least between examination rooms. With the Unico Colpo-Master I Colposcope Camera Pack, Unico has made it simple to document your exams. This package deal includes the Unico CS-8185 Digital Colposcope Camera, a digital camera equipped with a C-Mount that mounts directly to the trinocular head of your colposcope.
