Unimat SL1000 / DB200 Lathe CNC Conversion Kit This kit is Option 1. Option 1: Includes MECHANICAL PARTS ONLY. Electronics, miscellaneous wires, an enclosure and assembly are not included. The CNC Conversion kit is designed for hobbyists, education, and R&D alike and can adapt to a wide variety of projects- prototyping, model making, customization - even light production. With this CNC Conversion kit lathe both MANUAL and CNC operations are provided. With this CNC Conversion kit, you will be able to machine complex shapes and contour parts that you would not been able to do manually. Kit Includes •Two Pulleys X and Z Axis for Lead Screws •Two Pulleys X and Z Axis for Motors •Two Timing Belts •Two Handles for Mounting Motor Timing Pulleys Setup: •Remove the two lead screw handles. •Replace them with the timing belt pulleys and two bolt-on mounting brackets for NEMA17 stepping motors. •Installation takes approximately 30 minutes.  Tools Needed for Installation •5/32 Hex Key •3/32 Hex Key •1/16 Hex Key •8 MM Socket  Parts You Need To Complete The CNC Lathe •Two Stepping motors NEMA17 (Holding Torque 60-90 oz-in) •Stepping motor driver and power supply •PC with software (MACH3, LINUX CNC ETC.)  Note:  Any machinery is potentially dangerous and tool bits do break. We will not be held responsible for any damage or personal injury incurred during the operation of this kit. Operators should be trained and should observe all appropriate safety precautions.
