Union Carbide Linde Type R - 647926 Purox Pressure Regulator this pressure regulator was acquired at a recent liquidation auction of a jewelry craftsman's tools and product...he was getting out of the business and this regulator was used with gas (most probably acetylene?) in order to melt and weld various metals in the process of jewelry fabrication..appears one gauge has been replaced (USG gauge)it is specifically a U.S. Gauge marked 19998-1 / 0-4000 PSI 0-330 CUBIC FEET AT 70 DEG. F. and the other gauge is a Union Carbide LINDE DIVISION 0-100 POUNDS PER SQUARE INCH (PSI) gauge...the back of the regulator reads: 681 TYPE R - 647926 58-7005 UNION CARBIDE PUROX REGULATOR MADE IN U.S.A. this reguloator has 5 ports and believe to be a 2 stage regulator... actual weight is 6 LBS. 2 OZ. shipping weight 8 LBS.
