We make every effort to accurately describe the item! HOWEVER – different people hold different judgements of aesthetics. 1. We will accept US Postal Service(only, no others) money orders, paid and cleared in advance of shipping the purchased item. The VALUE that we provide to the Buyer is this: 1. Testing of the item to assure functionality. If testing is not possible, that will be clearly stated in the description. 2. Cleaning of the items – we perform a complete bleach wipedown of the items. 3. Replacement of any missing parts. 4. Clear description of the exact components of the items you are receiving. 5. A short warranty period. To assure that all parties are working to the same set of expectations, below is a full detailed set of conditions for the terms of the sale: 1. 14 day warranty on functionality. Aesthetics are as in photos, and are not guaranteed due to varied opinions on that topic. 2. Reasons for Return are: item was damaged when delivered to you, or the item fails to function per the description. Function means: it carries out the function it is designed for. Aesthetics means: you may or may not like something you see/hear/smell/feel, but it does not prevent the item from carrying out the intended function. a. In other words, if we promise that an aspect of the item functions, then you can reasonably expect it to function. 3. Rest assured, if you have a legitimate reason for returning the item, we will fully honor that request. This is your protection against DOA. a. Reason for warranty: to give the Buyer sufficient time to test the unit and contact us if there is a problem. We recommend that the Buyer install the unit and perform tests within the first few days after receiving. b. Reasons for return: item is DOA, i.e. broken or will not function at all. Exception for all caveats included with the listing. c. If necessary, please contact us to describe the situation and to obtain a Return Authorization within 14 days of physical delivery. d. Unacceptable reasons for a return: buyers remorse, “ I found a cheaper one after I bought yours”, etc. e. If you have a legitimate reason for asking a return, such as there was a mistake by the Buyer like “I purchased the wrong size”, then we will work with you in good faith on a case by case basis to accept the item back but with a Restocking Surcharge of 15%. f. In cases where a simple fix is available, we may choose to resolve it quickly and easily and not have the item sent back. i.e., if the power cord were broken, rather than accept the entire item back, we would simply send you a new power cord. In other words, I reserve the right to make your purchase whole by the easiest and least-cost method available, within a short time frame. 4. We do NOT Guarantee Aesthetics – we provide many photos of the EXACT ITEM that is being sold. You are encouraged to ask for more photos. And to ask for more details. Once you have made the purchase, then the aesthetics are NOT guaranteed, other than to be unchanged from the photos. We guarantee function, and that the item you receive is the exact item in the photos. We do not guarantee aesthetics. We do guarantee that you receive the item in the condition it appeared in the photo. i.e., after taking the photos, if we were to drop the item and scuff it badly, that would be reason for cancelling the sale, taking new photos, and relisting. The Buyer would have first shot at buying the item before relisting, and likely as a reduced price to compensate for the change in aesthetics. 5. The items that you purchased and will receive are All In the PHOTOS – if an item IS in the photos, then you DO receive it. If an item is NOT in the photos, then you do not receive it, unless we promised it to you explicitly. I will make every effort to also list every item in the description. a. If the item rests on a blanket or other prop in the photo, the Buyer does not get the props whatever they are. 6. Return shipping is to be pre-paid by the BUYER, and is not refundable. When the returned item is received by us, and it passes inspection, then we will issue a FULL REFUND of the original price that you paid including for the Item and for the First Shipping. 7. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT THE ITEM WAS DAMAGED BY THE SHIPPER IN TRANSIT TO YOU: (so far, our meticulous packing process has prevented any damages of any kind to shipped items, but anything is possible with shipping) If the item was damaged or destroyed by the shipper in transit to you, then you must document the damage and provide to us full photos and proof BEFORE you ship the item back to us. We must discuss this by phone BEFORE you return ship the item. Any return shipping of an item without Return Authorization and explicit Return Approval by our company will NOT meet our requirements for returns, and hence may not be refunded. For an item damaged in transit, we have to file a claim with the shipper BEFORE you give up possession of the item, else the shipper may not honor my claim. The shipper may wish to see the damaged item while you are still in possession of it. In other words, we need YOUR cooperation so that we may be compensated by the shipper for the loss. 8.
